ABOUT THE CONNECT ACADEMY
The Connect Academy provides state-approved therapeutic day programs for students with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. With campuses in Carol Stream, Lombard, and Addison, Illinois, our programs serve students from early childhood through high school, offering individualized instruction, integrated therapies, and a highly structured, supportive environment.
Our team of dedicated educators, therapists, and behavior specialists collaborates closely with families and districts to help students meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Whether through our Pre-K – 8th program in Carol Stream, our 9th – 12th program in Addison, or our specialized autism program at Pathways Academy, we remain committed to fostering academic, social, and emotional growth for every learner.

CONNECT ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL
GRADES: 9 - 12 105 W. Army Trail Blvd. Addison, IL 60101 Based in Addison, Illinois, this supportive program prepares students for life beyond the classroom through academic instruction, behavioral support, and vocational training with job placement opportunities.

PATHWAYS ACADEMY
FOCUS: AUTISM 1514 S. Main St., Door 15 Lombard, IL 60148 Located in Lombard, Illinois, this highly individualized program serves students with autism by providing structured routines, communication supports, and therapeutic care in a nurturing environment.
