REFERRAL PROCESS
At The Connect Academy, we collaborate with school districts to ensure that students with varying disabilities receive the specialized support they need. Our referral process is designed to place students in the appropriate program based on their age and specific needs.
STEP 1: District Referral |
School districts identify students who may benefit from our therapeutic day programs and initiate the online referral application.

STEP 2: Review |
Our team reviews the student's educational and behavioral needs, considering the recommendations from the district.

STEP 3: Program Placement |
Program Placement: Students are placed in one of our three programs:

We work closely with the referring district, families, and the student to ensure a smooth transition and continuous support throughout their time at Connect Academy.

GRADES: 9 - 12 105 W. Army Trail Blvd. Addison, IL 60101 Based in Addison, Illinois, this supportive program prepares students for life beyond the classroom through academic instruction, behavioral support, and vocational training with job placement opportunities.

PATHWAYS ACADEMY
FOCUS: AUTISM 1514 S. Main St., Door 15 Lombard, IL 60148 Located in Lombard, Illinois, this highly individualized program serves students with autism by providing structured routines, communication supports, and therapeutic care in a nurturing environment.
