REFERRAL PROCESS
At Connect Academy, we collaborate with school districts to ensure that students with varying disabilities receive the specialized support they need. Our referral process is designed to place students in the appropriate program based on their age and specific needs.
STEP 1: District Referral |
School districts identify students who may benefit from our therapeutic day programs and initiate the referral process outlined below.

STEP 2: Evaluation |
Our team reviews the student's educational and behavioral needs, considering the recommendations from the district.

STEP 3: Program Placement |
Program Placement: Students are placed in one of our three programs:

STEP 4: Ongoing Support |
We work closely with the referring district, families, and the student to ensure a smooth transition and continuous support throughout their time at Connect Academy.

CONNECT ACADEMY PROGRAMS
Connect Academy Main serves grades third through eighth, providing a comprehensive therapeutic day program to help them achieve their IEP goals in a supportive environment.

Connect Academy East caters to students from kindergarten through second grade, offering specialized educational and therapeutic services adjacent to the administration and middle school location.

Connect Academy Early Childhood provides support to children ages three to seven, focusing on early intervention and foundational skill development in a nurturing setting.
