REFERRAL PROCESS
At Connect Academy, we collaborate with school districts to ensure that students with varying disabilities receive the specialized support they need. Our referral process is designed to place students in the appropriate program based on their age and specific needs.
STEP 1: District Referral |
School districts identify students who may benefit from our therapeutic day programs and initiate the referral process outlined below.

STEP 2: Evaluation |
Our team reviews the student's educational and behavioral needs, considering the recommendations from the district.

STEP 3: Program Placement |
Program Placement: Students are placed in one of our three programs:

STEP 4: Ongoing Support |
We work closely with the referring district, families, and the student to ensure a smooth transition and continuous support throughout their time at Connect Academy.

CONNECT ACADEMY PROGRAMS
Connect Academy Main supports students in grades three through eight with a structured, therapeutic approach that fosters academic achievement, emotional growth, and behavioral success in alignment with their IEPs.

Connect Academy East serves students in kindergarten through second grade, offering individualized instruction and therapeutic services to help young learners meet their IEP goals and build skills for future success.

Connect Academy Early Childhood serves children from Pre-K through kindergarten, providing a nurturing environment where foundational social, emotional, and academic skills are developed through personalized learning and therapeutic support.
